Halloween Fun at the Magic Kingdom in 2026
Lake Buena Vista, USATue Apr 28 2026
In 2026, the Magic Kingdom will host its annual Halloween party with fresh twists on classic favorites. Guests can meet spooky characters such as Jack Skellington, Sally, and a host of Disney villains that will wander the streets for the first time this season. Classic couples like Ariel and Eric, as well as Aladdin and Jasmine, will also greet visitors.
The highlight parade returns at 8:15 PM, featuring ghosts, villains, and princesses in a lively procession. A new dance event called “A Masquerade with Stitch” will take place in Tomorrowland, where Stitch and friends will change costumes on the spot to keep the party unpredictable.
Another long‑running show, the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, brings back Winifred, Sarah, and Mary along with other iconic bad guys. Meanwhile, Cinderella Castle transforms into a haunted house during the Disney’s Not So Spooky Spectacular, complete with projections and fireworks that showcase villains like Ursula and Oogie Boogie.
Trick‑or‑treating is back at multiple spots throughout the park. Everyone receives a free treat bag, and those with allergies can collect teal tokens to trade for safe candy. Costumes are optional but encouraged, and visitors can follow official guidelines for ideas.
Ride overlays give familiar attractions a Halloween makeover: Space Mountain plays in darkness with eerie music, the Mad Tea Party glows with special lights, and Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor offers Halloween‑themed jokes.
Dining options change too, with Be Our Guest Restaurant and Cinderella’s Royal Table serving exclusive menus for party guests. The Plaza Restaurant offers themed dishes all day. Dessert parties featuring fireworks are available at Tomorrowland Terrace and the Plaza Garden, providing a sweet end to the night.
