Motorcycle Ride & Family Day Bring Fun and Awareness to Southeast Minnesota

The event kicks off on Saturday, June 27th, 2026, right outside J‑Rocks Auto Glass in Oronoco. Riders will start at 8:00 am, register for a $25 fee that covers the ride and an event t‑shirt, then follow a scenic route that highlights local landmarks. Cars can join the adventure too. After the ride, families will stay for an afternoon of activities that mix education with entertainment. A magic show at 2:00 pm, an inflatable obstacle course, a scavenger hunt, and an art station give kids plenty to explore. Adults can relax with food, ice cream, or a dunk tank while waiting for door prizes.A special highlight is the “Pit Stops of Learning” stations, where volunteers from 4 Youth share simple messages about staying safe and preventing addiction. These stops aim to turn a fun day into a learning experience for everyone. Football fans will have a chance to meet former Green Bay Packers player Darrell Thompson, now CEO of his own company. He plans to share personal stories that illustrate resilience and community support. The organizers, Soul Shakers Riding Club and 4 Youth, hope the day will bring families together while spreading a positive message. The event runs from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, giving plenty of time for rides, learning, and play.
