Growing up in Manchester, UK, they were inspired by the many cultures around them. Their unique language started when they were toddlers and continues today. It's not just a way to keep secrets; it's a sentimental bond between them. Many twins create their own languages, but it can be isolating. The Youldens know this, but they don't plan to pass down Umeri. They understand that it might not last forever.
Some twins, like June and Jennifer Gibbons from the 1970s, faced trouble because of their private language. They were bullied and became antisocial.
