They said that Chicago is not a violent city and that the agents are terrorizing the community. Conway, who has lived in Chicago her whole life, joined the protesters after hearing about the chase on social media.

The Department of Homeland Security has said that their officers are trained to handle situations like this. They also said that the officers are not afraid of loud noises and whistles. However, there have been reports of confrontations between the agents and protesters. In some cases, the agents have used tear gas, Tasers, and even guns.
