A long-time Microsoft worker has decided to leave the company. He said he couldn't stay because Microsoft sells cloud services to the Israeli military. This engineer, Scott Sutfin-Glowski, worked at Microsoft for 13 years. He told his coworkers this would be his last week.

He said he couldn't support what he sees as terrible actions. In a letter, he mentioned a news report from February. It said the Israeli military had many Microsoft subscriptions. Most of them are still active.

Microsoft didn't comment on this. This news comes after President Trump said Israel and Hamas agreed to a peace plan. The U. S. is also sending troops to Israel to support this deal.

This issue has caused tension at Microsoft. Employees have been protesting the company's cloud services to the Israeli military. Five workers were even fired for speaking up.

In September, Microsoft said it stopped some services to a part of the Israeli Ministry of Defense. But it didn't say which ones. This was after a report said the Israeli military used Microsoft products to track Palestinians.

Sutfin-Glowski said Microsoft cut off ways for employees to talk about their concerns. Outside Microsoft's headquarters, people held banners. They wanted Microsoft to stop working with Israel.

He wrote that a ceasefire in Gaza is finally happening. But he said the problems continue. He believes there are still human rights abuses and war crimes.
