A well known pastor had a frightening experience in late 2024.  He was on stage delivering a sermon when suddenly, things went wrong.  The pastor was not aware of what was happening at the time.  He was later informed that he had suffered a massive heart attack.  This news came as a shock to many, especially since he showed no typical signs of a heart attack.

The pastor was on stage at The Potter’s House in Dallas.  He was in the middle of a sermon when he started to feel unwell.  He did not experience any of the usual symptoms of a heart attack.  He did not feel any chest pain, numbness, or sharp pain.  He simply felt like he was drifting off to sleep.  He was later told that if he had not been taken to the hospital when he was, he would have died.  The right side of his heart had stopped receiving blood.

The pastor spoke about his experience on the TODAY show.  He mentioned that he felt fine while he was preaching.  It was only when he sat down that he started to feel unwell.  He was later told that he had been preaching with half of his heart closed off due to a clot.  Doctors had to remove the clot to save his life.

The pastor also spoke about what he saw during his near-death experience.  He described it as a serene and peaceful place.  He felt like he was in a white, cloud-enveloped space.  He said that it was a privilege to get a glimpse of what heaven might be like.  He also mentioned that he had no plans of slowing down.  He will be attending upcoming church events and is also working on starting a new podcast.

It is important to note that heart attacks can be silent.  They do not always come with the usual symptoms.  This is why it is important to listen to your body.  If something does not feel right, it is important to seek medical attention immediately.
